They must also ensure the availability of necessary resources to support our security personnel, including communication devices and access to relevant facilities.

Confidentiality: We uphold strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information obtained during the course of our security services. This includes but is not limited to client data, security protocols, and any proprietary information disclosed during consultations.

Liability and Indemnification: While we take every precaution to mitigate risks, clients acknowledge that security situations can be unpredictable. Therefore, clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company and personnel from any liability arising from unforeseen incidents, unless resulting from gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Termination of Services: Either party reserves the right to terminate the agreement with written notice, citing valid reasons such as breach of contract, non-payment of fees, or changes in security requirements. In such cases, any outstanding fees or obligations must be settled promptly.

Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property developed or utilized during the provision of security services remains the sole property of our company. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or modify such materials without explicit consent.

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws , and any disputes arising from the agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules.

Amendments: We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, with prior notice to the client. Continued use of our security services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
